In March, we spent the FIRST day of Spring taking wedding photos for Anthony and Ashley’s beautiful Boca Raton wedding at The Boca Country Club. We love springtime in Florida!

Anthony & Ashley’s Boca Raton Wedding | Organic Moments Photography

March is one of the most gorgeous months of the year in Florida. It’s not too hot, not too cold, hardly rains, and the clouds are always big and beautiful. So, it was no contest on which month Anthony and Ashley were going to pick for their wedding. And we couldn’t have asked for better weather on the first day of spring!

Anthony and Ashley chose The Boca Country Club as their wedding venue because they loved the view of the golf course, the location, the beautiful staircase at the front entrance, and just all around how the venue has that “South Florida” look to it. This couple met while working in the service industry, so they loved that the country club was owned by the Boca Raton Resort & Club who have amazing food!

When we asked Anthony and Ashley to describe their ideal wedding day in 3 words, they told us “Dance filled fairytale.” They wanted their wedding to feel intimate and have soft colors. They chose gold, white, and blush pink to be the primary colors of the wedding, with a touch of navy blue and burgundy so it could have a spring vibe with just a hint of fall.

This couple really knocked it out of the park, too! There was so much greenery and the flowers were plentiful. They even incorporated Some Game of Thrones into their wedding, including the cake topper and some words from the officiant. They are both spiritual people but don’t follow any specific religion, so they kept the ceremony simple with a few prayers. It was short and sweet and perfect just the way it was.

The entire families of both the bride and groom were in attendance. Everyone was smiling most of the day and dancing through the night, so photographing this wedding was a breeze. They all made our job so easy!

A Little Advice

We asked Anthony and Ashley is they had any helpful advice to other couples planning their big day. They said their advice would be to hire a good wedding planner because Ashley would have been lost without hers.

They said, “And for the couples… just relax and have fun. Don’t stress the day or the small details if something doesn’t go just as planned. The day goes by so quickly and you can never go back in time and relive it. So, if you let little things bother you or stress you out, then you’re robbing yourself of the full joy of that day.

Everyone ended the night partying and just enjoying themselves. We had an absolute blast photographing this wedding. Anthony and Ashley, we wish you two the best. You’re the kind of people we love taking wedding photos for. Keep on being awesome! Cheers, you two.
