The Wanderers Club Wedding | Wellington, Florida
The Wanderers Club in Wellington is one of our favorite wedding venues and one of the many locations we are always super happy to go back to. Christin and James gave us the opportunity to shoot at this incredible location again, and as always, neither the venue nor our couple’s tasteful wedding planning disappointed us. There was one thing about this wedding that we especially loved. And that was the fact that our bride chose to get ready at her home. It was such a simple yet lovely way to incorporate all the childhood memories into her special day. And we are big fans of little nostalgia in wedding photos. Our couple’s wedding was full of love, warmth, and the support of their loved ones. These two are meant to be together, and Christin and James, if you are reading this, we hope we were able to tell your love story the way you wanted it to be told.
Christin and James’ Story
Christin and James’ love story started on May 12th, 2019, when the two began chatting right before Christin left for a trip to Europe. They couldn’t stop communicating, even while they were in different countries! Their first date was June 8th, 2019, and they knew it was something special from the start as 8 hours magically flew by while they shared their love for travel, history, reading, and movies. On August 20th, 2020, James took Christin on his annual family trip to the Outer Banks, where he proposed at the Currituck Lighthouse.

Christin and James’ wedding was immaculately planned. After our couple got ready, they moved to the church for a lovely, traditional ceremony. The St. Mary Coptic Orthodox Church, where our couple exchanged their vows, was beautiful. At The Wanderers Club, we took lots of romantic couple portraits out on the golf course, stairs, and the brick walkway.
Romantics sometimes get overlooked, but let us tell you that they are one of the most essential parts of your wedding day. It’s probably the only ‘alone time’ you get to spend with your partner on your wedding day, so we suggest that you allot adequate time to romantics on your timeline and work it out with your photographer. Also, another great thing about The Wanderers Club was that we weren’t limited by space. It was perfect for both – outdoor photography surrounded by lush tropical vibes and elegant and chic indoor ambiance.
Christin and James’ wedding had many other memorable details and moments. We loved our bride’s mind-blowing train. The veil was also so stunning, and naturally, we had to highlight it in the wedding pictures. Besides highlighting the bride’s attire, we also paid special attention to the decor our couple had chosen. It wasn’t just Christin’s bouquet that was so fresh and sublime. All the florals used at the venue were simply exquisite. They brightened up the whole room – visually and through their aroma too!
