Erin & John’s wedding took place at the beautiful, Hotel Colonnade in Coral Gables.

Locate 180 Aragon Ave, Coral Gables, FL 33134 is contemporary and elegant venue. I highly recommend it for your wedding.  It is conveniently located right next  Miracle Mile shopping district. You can shop at some or eat at some of Miami’s finest locations. There is over 300 merchants located in the premises. Which makes it perfect for out of town guest visiting for your wedding.

The wedding we photographed was for a dear family friend because I have known Erin since she was younger than 15. It was my pleasure to be there on her big day. Her family holds a special place in my heart. Erin & John’s wedding was nothing short of perfect, with some of the most gorgeous details.

Our Bride and groom started the day getting ready at the hotel. Erin got ready in the Presidential Suite.  After we went right to the church. They picked Plymouth Congregational Church located 3400 Devon Rd, Miami, FL 33133 to say their IDOs. Their ceremony was out of movie, the ambiance in the church with the lighting is one of the most romantic in southern Florida.

After the ceremony we had to rush to do formal pictures because the church had another wedding we were really strapped on time. My advice is if you do get married in this church make sure to talk with your planner about how long you can use the facility.

Vizcaya Museum and Gardens

Consequently, we didn’t stress out too much because we had planned to head to Vizcaya for Romantic pictures. We had known exactly where we wanted to go in the museum and worked fast to use our time wisely. If you do go to Vizcaya Museum and Gardens, the address is 251 S Miami Ave, Miami, FL 33129. They are open at 9:30am-4:30pm Monday -Sunday and are closed on Tuesday. You will need a photo pass to have your session photographed there. The prices are higher on the weekends. Therefore , if you can go during the week. Day after photo sessions are always fun as well.

Erin and John, had a wonderful session at Vizcaya and after we headed to their reception. John and Erin both have wonderful families and it was not only a romantic and beautiful wedding but, it was damn fun! Their guest got down, they even incorporated “HORA LOCA” into their wedding to give their Michigan family an authentic Miami treat!
